Joint Operation Leads to Successful Eviction Following ASB in Laburnum Close E4

A flat in Laburnum Close, E4, has been successfully closed and secured following a joint operation between Waltham Forest Council’s Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB), Housing Officers and the Valley/Larkswood Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT).

The action was taken after ongoing reports of anti‑social behaviour linked to the property as the tenant in question was NOT engaging with Council ASB/Housing Officers and the Police.

Due to the persistent ASB issues associated with the address, the Council pursued an ASB‑related eviction. This enabled officers to take swift and appropriate enforcement action.

Police and Council teams carried out a planned joint visit to execute the eviction, ensuring the process was completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with legal procedures.

The property has now been fully boarded up, preventing further access and offering much‑needed reassurance to residents.
